We typically start with a free initial meeting for projects across Norwich and the surrounding areas, to discuss your ideas, requirements, and budget, and to establish whether the project is viable. This helps me understand your property and give practical advice on feasibility, design, and any potential Planning, Building Regulations, site, or construction constraints.

Afterwards, I email a project proposal outlining the brief, process, my service and fees, and whether any other consultants are needed.
