Most projects begin with an initial conversation, often at the property, to talk through your ideas. Typically I don’t charge for this initial discussion and there is no obligation to proceed after. This allows me to better understand the building, its context and constraints, and to offer practical advice on feasibility, design, and any relevant Planning, Building Regulations, site or construction considerations.

I then usually follow up with a written project proposal outlining the brief, the process, my service and fees, and any other consultants who might be needed.
